100 years since the end of World War I

Today marks 100 years since the end of World War I.  What a horrible experience that was for humanity.  I was speaking with a co-worker the other day and he mentioned that Great Britain might have been better off if they had stayed out of World War I and just let Germany dominate Europe.  Perhaps their Empire would have remained to this day.  There are so many interesting what-ifs in history.  If Germany had won World War I, I wonder where Hitler []

Time is unforgiving and unsympathetic.  Time does not allow returns, refunds or exchanges.  Get on your  knees, and plead with Time to give you a second chance.  Appeal to Time’s sense of mercy.  Tell Time all of the reasons that you deserve to re-live the summer of 1995 or to redo your freshman year of College.  Time will not yield to your pleadings.  He will say to you “you’ve made your choices – you’ve spent that time.  I cannot give it back to []

Time

Time Time never pauses, Time never slows down, Time doesn’t take breaks or vacations, Time constantly moves forward. Time is accompanied by its brother, Change. Together, Time and Change rearrange power structures, habits, customs, cultures, traditions and technology. For those who were unhappy with the current state of affairs, Time and Change’s alterations can be welcomed as much-needed progress.
